Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop off the box at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
After we inspect your returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
